Diane McKallip

Senior Pilates Instructor

Diane McKallip recently relocated to Philadelphia after 40 years in the San Francisco Bay Area. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, she moved to California after college to form a dance company, The Performance Alliance. She has performed over the years with many local dance companies. After earning an MFA in Dance at Mills College, Diane became deeply involved in the fitness movement of the 1980’s. This lead to a career in personal training, Pilates, and body work. For 30 years, Diane owned and operated her own personal training and Pilates studio, Integrated Pilates and Wellness, in Oakland. She was, for almost 20 years, the Mind-Body Fitness director at the Courthouse Athletic Club, also in Oakland. Diane loves working with people of all ages and abilities and has a special focus in working with older adults and with dancers of all ages. She teaches and leads workshops around the country.
Diane hold a BFA and an MA in dance and is certified by ACE, ACSM, ITT Pilates, and the Pilates Method alliance, among others.
