PILATES REFORMER
Group equipment class (5 people max) on the Reformer.
Previous Pilates experience required.
Improve your strength, flexibility, and coordination. The reformer is a highly versatile piece of equipment that can be adapted for any height and weight. It utilizes spring based resistance to exercise the whole body in a variety of positions- from lying down, to kneeling, to standing, and more! The machines’ springs support the larger muscle groups so that you can focus on elongating and building the small muscles that support your posture and overall health.
